Hombre de 38 años, deberá responder por el asesinato a cuchillo de un señor de 50 años en Samaná
Los hechos acaecieron el pasado 14 de septiembre del 2021, en la vereda los Pomos del corregimiento de Florencia en Samaná Caldas, allí en un acto de intolerancia social desencadenado por una riña, asociado al consumo desmedido de bebidas embriagantes, resultó lesionado con arma cortopunzante el señor Luis Fernando Sánchez Rendón 50 años.
La víctima fue trasladada de urgencia al hospital San Félix de la Dorada, donde falleció después de haber recibido atención médica por cerca de un mes.
Una vez conocidos estos hechos se adelantaron las actividades de policía judicial, las cuales permitieron recolectar importante material probatorio logrando la recuperación del arma cortopunzante, la individualización y arraigo del presunto responsable; Además de lograr que el juzgado promiscuo municipal con función de control de garantías de Samaná, expidiera la orden de captura en su contra, la cual se materializó por unidades de la Seccional de Investigación Criminal en zona céntrica del municipio de Samaná.
El indiciado, es un hombre de 38 años de edad, el cual fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial competente, donde deberá responder por el presunto delito de homicidio.
